The University College Suffolk Student Union was a brand new build where Furniture Realm were given a pre-designed space in which to offer different types of furniture to be used by the local student population and passing public as it enjoyed the harbour front location.

Furniture Realm supplied a combination of leather booth seating and low lounge chairs along with light weight Italian designed tables, chairs and barstools.
